to create positive and potent impact in your communities
within the professional field of Conscious and Ecstatic Dance,
and in the transformational modality of The 360 Emergence.

What Is The 360 Apprenticeship?
This training will take course over 360 days.
It will be intensive.
This journey will be led primarily by Amber Ryan,
co-founder of The 360 Emergence, an embodiment architect and maestra sound smith in the world of movement meditation and ecstatic dance.
Amber is known for her crystalline clarity, powerful presence, and an exceptional ability to break down complex processes into trainable, embodied practices.
Her teachings offer a grounded, somatic framework that supports deep personal exploration while developing practical facilitation skills.
Guest teachers will be announced in 2027.
The 360 Apprenticeship is a devoted, dedicated journey from start to finish.
Once you apply, are accepted into the program, and commit to The Apprenticeship, your journey officially begins.
You’ll gain immediate access to the recorded components of the DJ Training, allowing you to begin exploring and learning at your own pace. You’ll also receive access to The Compass Master Class, designed to deepen your understanding of the somatic map you’ll be trained to facilitate.
When you’re fully committed, you’ll be invited to schedule your first 1:1 session with Amber, where you’ll clarify your path and set intentions for your Apprenticeship journey.
Training Overview
~ Modules ~
· Module 1: The Call
In-Person Non-Residential.
Module 1 will focus on your own radical Embodiment of The 360 movement maps of The Compass and Zero. You’ll be guided through a deep exploration of your own embodiment of these core maps, supported by coaching designed to cultivate a somatic understanding of these ancient and modern frameworks that form the heart of The 360 approach.
· Module 2: The Art of Facilitation
In-Person Non-Residential
By Module 2 you will enter into The Art of Facilitation, and into the landscape of embodied seeing where you will begin to learn how to sequence and transmit The 360 Emergence. At this Module, you will begin to receive feedback on your teaching skills in order to focus your training forward.
· Module 3: Event Production, The Business of leading The 360 Emergence + Music and DJ Skills
Online
Module 3 will be online, focusing on event production, the business of holding Labs, Immersions, and Retreats, and will weave in the teachings of Velan Cadden. In Module 3, those who wish to learn to offer online will have the opportunity to practice this skill at this time and receive constructive feedback.
· Module 4: Initiation
In-Person Non-Residential
Module 4 will bring us to our true initiation, into the magic, and into the ceremony that is so woven into the fabric of The 360 Emergence.
~ Online Sessions ~
8 Online Sessions.
All sessions are 2.5 hours in length.
In between these Modules and Online Sessions, you will build skills through consistent practice. You will have assignments, and Practice Labs, you will dive into a research project and offer a presentation on your expertise and learnings. Once you have been initiated as a Facilitator of The 360, you will be invited into our Continued Education program with others who are Facilitators.

The 360 Apprenticeship is for those who are ready
to create a ripple effect of positive change in the world.
It is for the advanced student and those who have been leading conscious dance
who are ready to take yourself and your community to the next level.
In this Apprenticeship, more than ever, it will be designed to meet you in your specific visions, intentions, and prayers of soul realization.
The 360 Apprenticeship, led by Amber Ryan and accompanied by Guest Facilitators,
will have a maximum of 36 dedicated apprentices
to ensure that you receive the personalized attention we intend to offer to each participant.
At The 360, we are dedicated to uplifting artists whose lived experiences and identities have been historically underrepresented or marginalized in the arts and movement practice.
Scholarship Awards:
One full scholarship will be awarded based on artistic merit, financial need,
and readiness to lead The 360 following The Apprenticeship program.
This inclusive scholarship is open to applicants from all backgrounds.
Up to three partial scholarships will be awarded to further support our commitment
to diversity and inclusion in the arts.

In this training, you will become proficient in the specific practices of The 360.
You will learn to illuminate the ancient somatic technology within you and guide people there. You will learn how to open doors for your own accelerated transformation, and you will become proficient in opening doors for other individuals and groups of people to realize more of their own potential through the dance, and specifically through
The 360 Emergence mapping, lens, perspective.
In this training you will become leaderful,
as you will be part of a powerful and potent circle of humans
on this same dancing path of devotion as you.
Some of these humans will become your new collaborators,
some will also become your life long friends and allies.
The 360 Apprenticeship is an Initiation.
It will be challenging, fun, heart guided and soul directed.
It will ask you to nurture your capacity to lead—both yourself
and others—with authenticity and presence.
It will call you into personal growth, expand your emotional intelligence,
and awaken new levels of embodiment, creativity, and facilitation skill.

The 360 wants its Facilitators to be in practice. We have both a Lab Library and online offerings
where you can receive your hours and stay current with the pulse of the practices of The 360.
You can receive Lab hours by working with Kate, Amber or any other facilitator of The 360 Emergence.

Tasha Blank
Tasha Blank is a celebrated international DJ, somatic practitioner, teacher and founder The Get Down, The Drop, Body Language and global leadership academy Powerhouse DJ School (PhDJ).
A student of somatic healing, shadow work, story and ceremony, her nervous system-based approach to transformation through movement is a wild invitation into your most powerful expression.
She’s known for liberating hips in New York City’s most legendary clubs (Cielo, Output, Verboten, House of YES), the world’s wildest festivals (Envision, Lightning in a Bottle, Burning Man, Wanderlust, Beloved), and museums, churches, helipads, boats, roving desert ships, forests and mountaintops everywhere.
Velan Cadden
Velan is a movement devotee, and at the core of his work he is an activator for cultural change.
He is passionate about cultivating energy and exploring the limits, edges and boundaries of the human journey. He has a wide range of global experience from teaching in conscious communities, to the field of high performance with professional athletes and coaches, to the engagement with CEO’s and management teams.
Velan is deeply influenced by Master Zhen Hua Yang and has been working with energetic cultivation for the past decade. He applies this work in the subtle martial arts of relating and within the relational field of conflict. He is also a student of Carmita Vicente (Chief, Medicine Woman of Ecuador) which has activated a deep embodied inquiry about the communication, dialogue and reciprocity with the living forces on earth.
