at Valle Dei Calanchi,
located 90 minutes outside of Rome.
Embodied Energetics is the gateway into The 360 Apprenticeship,
Embodied Youth 360, and Advanced Studentship.
Serving as Module 1 for both The 360 Apprenticeship and Embodied Youth 360,
we are opening this training to be experienced as a stand-alone Immersion
for those who wish to deepen their understanding of the somatic
and energetic foundations of The 360 Emergence.
Three Streams of Participation
into One Training.
In this European Module of Embodied Energetics
we will be blending 3 streams of 360 participation:
1 · Module 1 of The 360 Apprenticeship
For those stepping fully into the 8-month training of The Apprenticeship
+ for those who want to begin The Apprenticeship
and pick up other Modules down the path.
2 · Embodiment Module for Embodied Youth 360 Facilitators
Learn The Compass Map — the foundational embodied practice you will one day bring to young people through Embodied Youth 360 programs. Completion of this module counts toward the full EY360 certification.
3 · Advanced Student Immersion
Join as a devoted practitioner ready for deep study and energetic exploration without committing to facilitator training — a doorway that may lead you toward the Apprenticeship or EY360 in the future, deeper connection with The 360 community, and deeper presence and awakening within your own life.
If you are entering through The 360 Apprenticeship or Embodied Youth 360,
you will need to follow those application and enrollment pathways.

Embodied Energetics
is a Residential Training.
January 26th to February 1st
Located in Italy,
at Valle Dei Calanchi,
located 90 minutes outside of Rome.
This will be a life-changing, life-giving experience.
This journey will be led primarily by Amber Ryan,
co-founder of The 360 Emergence, an embodiment architect and maestra sound smith in the world of movement meditation and ecstatic dance.
Amber is known for her crystalline clarity, powerful presence, and an exceptional ability to break down complex processes into trainable, embodied practices.
Her teachings offer a grounded, somatic framework that supports deep personal exploration while developing practical facilitation skills.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1 → Application Fee:
A non-refundable $180 application fee that will apply towards your tuition.
Step 2 → Application Form:

(begins October 30th, completes July 2026).
C. Completion of Module 1 for the intention to complete the full
Apprenticeship training at a later date..

Step 3 → Upon Acceptance:
You will receive communications from The 360 to purchase your tuition
+ make your housing preferences known.

does not automatically guarantee acceptance into
The Apprenticeship Program as a whole.
The application period for this Immersion is open through January 15th,
or until we reach the maximum capacity.

SECURING YOUR SPACE
To fully secure your spot in the program and your housing,
after acceptance you will be asked to submit:
A $500 tuition deposit (non-refundable)
+ A housing payment:
Either paid in full, or
First 50% installment paid by December 15th

Valle dei Calanchi Holistic Organic Agriturismo
designed by Feng Shui architect Valeriano Izzo, is a sanctuary for personal transformation immersed in nature. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and pristine landscapes, it offers guests peace, beauty, and opportunities for self-renewal through contact with nature, healthy vegetarian food, and holistic workshops and retreats.
Silence, light, joy, and beauty are the essence of the experience in this space.

The Dance Floor
~ The Hall of the 12 Petals ~
A unique group hall in all of Italy, with an area of 108 m²
and a panoramic view of the surrounding green valley.
The hall was designed according to the principles of
Feng Shui and Sacred Geometry, making it an ideal space for
deep connection with oneself.
Vegetarian Agritourism Restaurant
~ Cicorietta Bistrot ~
Inside the agritourism you will find “Cicorietta Bistrot,”
a restaurant specializing in modern vegetarian cuisine, offering delicious dishes
made with organic, zero-kilometer ingredients or produce from the farm’s own organic garden.
· All meals are vegetarian (no meat or fish).
· Meals will be the same for all participants, so we will be collecting dietary preferences + allergies.
· Personalized menus cannot be prepared for individual participants. >However, gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegan options can be arranged if requested and will modify the menu for the whole.
· Meals are served buffet-style, allowing guests to serve themselves freely.
The buffet includes a variety of cooked and raw dishes, with a balance of carbohydrates and proteins.
· Water is included; other beverages are excluded.
Meal times:
Breakfast: 8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 8:00 p.m.
Accommodations
~ The Main Farmhouse ~
The main farmhouse is located near
the Sala dei 12 Petali (Hall of the 12 Petals)
and the vegetarian agritourism restaurant “Cicorietta Bistrot”.
It contains 12 apartments, 11 of which are on two levels,
each equipped with a private bathroom and garden, with the following features:
· “Five Elements” Apartments (3-4 people):
– Ground floor: double bed and bathroom
– Loft: 2 single beds (in one of these apartments,
there is the possibility to add 1 additional bed)
· “Intimacy” Apartments (2-4 people):
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed for 2 people (with a regular mattress) and bathroom
Loft: double bed
· “Blue Violet” Apartment (3-4 people):
Ground floor: living room with 2 single beds and bathroom
Loft: double bed
· “Retro-Chic” Apartment (1-2 people):
Ground floor: living room with French-style double bed and bathroom
Pricing:
Rates per person (Full Board, 6 nights):
· Triple/Quadruple room: €570
· Double room: €660
· Single room: €870
The costs include:
· 6 nights’ accommodation
· 6 breakfasts with artisanal products
· 6 vegetarian lunches, including water (other beverages excluded)
· 6 vegetarian dinners, including water (other beverages excluded)

Scholarship Program
At The 360, we are dedicated to uplifting artists whose lived experiences and identities have been historically underrepresented or marginalized in the arts and movement practice.
Scholarship Awards:
• One full scholarship will be awarded based on artistic merit, financial need, and readiness to lead The 360 following The Apprenticeship program. This inclusive scholarship is open to applicants from all backgrounds.
We encourage applications from all backgrounds, with particular encouragement for artists who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+, and those from other underrepresented or underserved communities.

• An email written to apprenticeship@the360emergence.com to indicate your interest.
Cancellation Policy
- Please do not make any travel arrangements BEFORE receiving confirmation of your application’s approval.
- Our cancellation policy is clear and firm. We strongly recommend that you purchase a cancellation/travel insurance policy to protect your investment: insuremytrip.com is a company that has a multitude of policies to choose from, including a “cancel for any reason” rider option (there are many other companies offering similar options). Typically, trip insurance must be purchased the same time you register for the retreat.
TUITION
- To secure your space, a $500 non-refundable tuition deposit is required.
- This deposit is non-refundable once paid.
- Before December 15th:
If you need to cancel, your $500 tuition deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future 360 Online Training or any future in-person or livestream event with The 360 Emergence. - After December 15th:
No refunds at all are offered on tuition payments. All tuition (including the $500 deposit and any additional payments) becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Before December 15th:
Tuition Payment Plans
- Tuition may be paid in 2 installments through Moonclerk.
- By choosing a payment plan, you agree that you are responsible for completing both installments in full, even if you cancel your participation after December 15th.
- Final payment for tuition has to be completed before the start of the training (Jan. 26th)

HOUSING
- All housing payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
- Participants may:
- Pay housing in full, or
- Pay housing in 2 installments through Moonclerk, in which case:
- You are responsible for completing both installments in full, even if you cancel your participation.
- To secure your housing:
- First 50% housing payment is due by December 15th.
- Final 50% housing payment is due by January 16th.
- Housing payments must be received on time in order to retain your room reservation.
- IMPORTANT: The prices for accommodations are shown in Euros. The final cost of your accommodation will be based on the day’s conversion rate.
