and co-woven by an incredible circle of guides,
will move to dissolve the extra life baggage we have acquired.


Together we’ll enter into the ecstatic state,
directed by our deepest prayers and intentions for a soul directed experience
that will inspire us the whole year through.


We will dance and pray to be deeply attuned by our soul journey on this path of life,
honoring the land where we stand, the allies that support us
and the ancestors who brought us here to live out
the dreams and visions they once carried.


Together, we will weave and co-create a fun supportive environment for deep,
true transformation and lasting change to take place.
We’ll open space to be and to tend our wounds, forgive what needs forgiving,
and integrate what has come.


Clearing and cleaning, we’ll open more space for high joy to be a nectar
as we open into the Celebration of New Year’s Eve,
and with simple ritual, cross the threshold into 2024.


We will emerge clear, balanced and Luminous for another year of dancing around the sun.

Tucked away at the foot of Mt. Chirripó in Costa Rica’s biodiverse Southern Zone, Kinkara is an experiential luxury retreat center, with pristine nature to reconnect you with the land.

Whether swimming in a jungle waterfall, savoring exquisite farm-to-table cuisine, resting in the bell tents or feeling a deep state of sanctuary,

Kinkara offers moments of beauty and self-discovery.


Kinkara is known for its hand-picked organic produce and the delicious eating experience.

Located at the heart of the Mandala Garden, El Morén – meaning “well-being” in the Brunca language – is an exquisite 360 open-air movement space where we will be gathering for our sessions during this immersion.


30 belle tents rest on the land.

Each features exquisitely crafted hardwood furniture, sumptuous mattresses and pillows,
organic cotton linens, daily housekeeping, and close proximity
to immaculate spa-inspired Bath Houses.

The Bath Houses are communal and offer luxury in their details.

The tents are fully furnished and equipped with an extensive list
of amenities including solar-powered lighting, soft robes,
USB charging pods and Wi-Fi.
With netted windows for airflow and thick organic cotton linens,
snuggle up for a night of nurturing sleep.

Early Arrival Package

Given the festive time of year, we are offering a special package for an intimate group who would like to arrive early, soak in the land, and enjoy some special pampering.


The Early Arrival Package includes:


• your room and board for the night of December 27th


• an intimate, fine dining experience at Kinkara with other Patrons, Amber and some of the presenters


•  a nourishing communal sound bath on your first night


•  a gentle movement meditation practice the morning of the 28th


•  space to land softly before the rest of the circle arrives

Additional Costs

Below are additional costs that are not included in the prices above:


•  Cost of transportation between the international airports and Kinkara.

•  Kinkara offers one complimentary load of laundry. Any additional laundry is not included

•  Any bodywork that you may schedule during your stay.

•  Any extra nourishment you may want beyond the scheduled meal times.

• Gratuity for Kinkara staff






After you purchase your space, we will be sending a Welcome Letter with a required Registration Form to complete your registration and indicate your transportation preferences.

Upon completion, you will receive instructions for booking your transportation. We have a few recommendations to make your travel to and from Costa Rica as easeful as possible.


If you are coming from outside of Costa Rica, we  suggest you arrive to Costa Rica on December 27th to allow for an easeful commute to Kinkara before beginning our first session on December 28th.


We also encourage booking departure travel on January 4th to  allow enough time to ground yourself after leaving Kinkara on January 3rd.


In general, please plan to arrive at least 2 hours before your flight to get through the airport,

Check-in between 3:00 pm – 4:45 pm.
Orientation is at 5:30 pm.


Departure:  January 3rd, 2024

Leaving the property at 10 am.



We will have breakfast and our final session together before being off the property at 10 am.
All belongings will need to be out of the rooms by 8:00 am.

Approx. 5 hour drive. In San Jose, capital of CR and in the Central Valley.

All shared transportation options will depart from SJO



Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR)

Approx. 6 hour drive. Closer to the North Pacific Coast of the country.

Group Transportation:


Kinkara will coordinate a shared shuttle (4-5 hours) and/or charter flight  (30 minutes) for both arrival and departure. The price will vary depending on the number of participants interested.

Please indicate your preferences on the registration form, as noted above.

All shared transport will depart from SJO on the morning of December 28th. Departure transport will leave Kinkara at 10am on  January 3rd. You will have the option to book whichever mode of transport you prefer for each leg of the journey.


Packing List


1 – Cozy things, as the night time is cool
2 – Hat or Sun Protection
3 – Bug Spray (provided on-site, but incase you have sensitive skin, bring your own)
4- Covid Test for pre-arrival testing + Travel Approved Covid test for your departure if needed.
5 – Travel Case for your toiletries (may be kept in the communal bathroom if you like)
6 – Personal Medical Supplies (Imodium, bandaids, tape)



Payment Plans

The 360 Emergence is committed to supporting our community so that certain barriers do not stand in the way of participation. Below we offer options for joining LUMINOSA at Kinkara.


A 4 Installment Payment Plan is available by request
You will pay 25% of the total amount due immediately and then make three additional payments of 25% each. These payments will be automatically charged every 4 weeks.


If you would like to use the payment plan please email to request a payment link. Please indicate which accommodation type you would like to reserve.


The initial 25% deposit for payment plans is non-refundable and non-transferable. Additional payments are refundable up until October 22, 2023 . Between October 23 and November 21, the total amount you have paid minus the 25% initial deposit will be transferred to you as a credit valid for any applicable purchase with The 360 Emergence within the next 18 months.

After November 22, 2023 no refunds or transfers will be made.
The payment plan is only available for purchases made prior to August 7, 2023.


Terms & Conditions.
Please read carefully:

Your initial payment does not guarantee your space in this offering. Your space will be held until your 4th installment date.
Your registration will be complete once you have completed all four payments and the total balance is paid and all required forms are completed.

We will contact you once for any payments that do not go through. If we do not receive a response, we will assume you are forfeiting your space, and your payments will be returned or credited based on the cancellation policy stated above.
If your space is forfeited, and you choose to re-register, you will be asked to pay the full amount in full.

No refunds or transfers will be made after November 22, 2023

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is clear and firm.

We strongly recommend that you purchase a
travel insurance policy to protect your investment. Please ensure that your policy covers the cost of the retreat, not just your travel.
Please see different options below for insurance companies that have a multitude of policies
to choose from, including a “cancel for any reason” rider option, along with trip expenses, health & emergency expenses, trip cancellation/interruption, among others.

We do not endorse the policies listed below, as these are simply suggestions
to protect your investment. Typically, to be eligible for certain benefits, you must purchase coverage within a specific amount of time from when you booked your trip.
You can choose any plan that suits your needs outside what we have extended to you.


Travel Insurance Policy Options:


Included in the purchase price is a 25% non-refundable and non-transferable fee.

Prior to October 22, 2023, if you need to cancel for any reason, illness or emergency

your payment will be refunded to you, minus the non-refundable, non-transferable fee. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be effective.

After October 22, 2023 and before November 22, 2023 if you need to cancel for any reason, the difference between your total purchase and the 25% fee can be applied toward the payment of any future Online or In Person event with The 360 Emergence (where applicable).
Any credit must be used within 18 months of cancellation.


Cancellations on or after November 22, 2023: You will forfeit ALL money rendered.

Please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of registration.

Covid Policy

We are showing up in service to each other’s personal healing and communal healing.
Accordingly, we will follow clear protocols related to Covid-19
to prioritize everyone’s health and safety at this retreat.
As of July 1st, 2023 this is our protocol, please keep in mind that it may be subject to change.


Before your arrival:

• We highly suggest quarantining before this to protect your investment and fellow participants.
• Testing is required within 12 hours before your arrival or as close to your arrival time as possible. PCR and antigen test results are accepted.
• If you are traveling via public transport we suggest you please remain masked in public spaces until your arrival to minimize exposure.


During our time together:

• Masks will be optional.
• If any symptoms of Covid appear during our time together, you will be required to get a negative Covid test before being able to rejoin the group. If you test positive, you will be responsible for your quarantine and healthcare costs. We highly encourage all participants, to get travel insurance to support you in this if it becomes needed.

Recreational + Wellness Substances Policy

What is most important on the practice floor is safety of self and others, and that we co-create a vibration of respect and luminosity. We will not permit anyone visibly intoxicated onto the dance floor. Please practice being aware of others and being respectful of the wide array of view points in our soul-filled, celebratory container.


• During our time together, Alcohol, as well as wonderful mocktails, will be served in certain moments for those who wish to partake. We ask that you not drink alcohol before a session.

• If you are medicinally micro-dosing, we ask that you use discretion

• We ask that you refrain from offering any substances to other participants.

• If there are some in our circle who enjoy smoking tobacco, there will be an area away from the restaurant and practice spaces.
