All prices are per person and include your choice of tent, 3 healthy organic gourmet meals each day, and one Covid test administered during of our stay.
A 50% deposit on your accommodation of choice is required for registration.
Final payments will be automatically initiated on February 8, 2022.
Any registrations after February 8, 2022. are required to be paid in full.
We will do our best to assign you your first choice of accommodation. If you find your first or second preference is no longer available please email info@the360emergence.com

Cancellation Policy:
• If you need to cancel for any reason after you have registered for this event, you will receive a refund minus a $400 fee up to six weeks in advance of this offering (February 8th, 2022). Any Cancelations after February 8th are non-refundable.
• In the event that the Costa Rican governmental authorities make the execution of this event legally impossible by closing Costa Rica’s borders to foreign travelers or by mandating the closure of hotels including Kinkara, the retreat will be canceled for these dates and your deposit will transfer to the rescheduled dates of Module 1.
• We strongly suggest that everyone purchase additional traveler’s insurance to protect
your investment in travel.
