Accommodations

All prices are per person and include your choice of tent and 3 healthy organic gourmet meals each day.

A 50% deposit on your accommodation of choice is required for registration, due Apr 10, 2023
Final payments will be initiated on May 9th, 2023
Any registrations after May 9th are required to be paid in full.

Please make your deposit to secure your lodging.
If you find your first or second preference in lodging is no longer available please email: apprenticeship@the360emergence.com.

If you are purchasing a tent with one or more roommates
and you mark below that you have roommate preferences,
we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
In the case that we can not, we will contact you with other rooming options
that may or may not result in a price increase.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason after you have registered for this event, you will receive a refund minus a $400 fee up to six weeks in advance of this offering (April 28, 2023).

After this date, your investment will not be refunded.

We strongly suggest that everyone purchase additional traveler’s insurance to protect your investment.

In the event that the Costa Rican governmental authorities make the execution of this event legally impossible by closing Costa Rica’s borders to foreign travelers or by mandating the closure of hotels including Kinkara, the module will be canceled and deposits will be refunded.

Additional Costs

Below are additional costs that are not included in the price of tuition.

• Your Covid testing as per our Covid protocol and as necessary for your return to your home country.
The price for a laboratory Covid test in Costa Rica is approximately $65 – $160. Rapid tests are available, but we suggest bringing them with you.
If you need to take an additional Covid test during the module
due to a possible infection, that will also be your financial responsibility.

• Cost of transportation between the international airports and Kinkara.

• Kinkara offers one complimentary load of laundry. Any additional laundry is not included.

• Any bodywork that you may schedule during your stay.

• Any extra nourishment you may want beyond the scheduled meal times.

The 360 Covid Protocol

The 360 Emergence takes the health of all of our community members seriously.
We recognize this is a radical act.
We are showing up to this to be in service to each other’s
personal healing and communal healing.
Accordingly, we will follow clear protocols related to Covid-19
to prioritize everyone’s health and safety at this module.
As of February 25, 2023 this is our protocol, it is subject to change.

Before your arrival:
• We highly suggest quarantining before this Immersion to protect your investment and your fellows.
• Everyone must complete a Covid test within 12 hours
before arrival or as close to your arrival time as possible.
PCR and antigen test results are accepted.
A time-stamped photo of your result needs to be present upon your arrival. 
• If you are traveling via public transport we suggest you please remain masked in public spaces until your arrival to minimize exposure.

During our time together:
• Masks will be optional during sessions.
• Re-testing will happen on the third day.
• If any symptoms of Covid appear during our time together, you will
be required to get a negative Covid test before being able to rejoin the group.
• If you test positive during the immersion, you will be responsible for your quarantine and healthcare costs.
You will not be allowed
to stay onsite at Kinkara.

After our time together:
• 5 days after The Apprenticeship, if you test positive for Covid, it is your responsibility to inform The 360 Emergence to report your results.

Travel information

We have a few recommendations to make your travel to and from Costa Rica as easeful as possible.
If you are coming from outside of Costa Rica, we encourage you to arrive in San Jose on Thursday, June 8th and stay at a hotel overnight near the airport. Taxis, shuttles, and domestic flights will be scheduled to leave San Jose on Friday, June 9th

If you choose to take the group shuttle on June 19th from Kinkara to San Jose,
We recommend staying in a hotel on the night of the 19th and flying out on the 20th.

In general, please plan to arrive at least 2 hours before your flight to get through the airport,
3 hours if you need to get covid test beforehand.

Group Transportation:
Information about group transportation options will be made available shortly.
If you know you have a preference for a charter flight or overland shuttle, please email apprenticeship@the360emergence.com so we can share information with you about those options as soon as they are solidified.

1 – Cozy things, as the night time is cool
2 – Hat or Sun Protection
3 – Bug Spray (provided on-site, but incase you have sensitive skin, bring your own)
4- Covid Tests for mid-offering testing + Travel Approved Covid test for your departure if needed.
5 – Travel Case for your toiletries (may be kept in the communal bathroom if you like)
6 – Personal Medical Supplies (Imodium, bandaids, tape)
