Description
Over the past five years, we have been exploring one of the foundational maps of The 360 Emergence: The Compass, igniting the body as a source of embodied wisdom and intelligence.
This October, as the seasons shift, we turn toward another essential landscape of being human.
The Shadow Compass.
In addition to asking:
What is before me?
What am I cultivating?
We bring in the embodied inquiry and ask;
what parts of my humanity are living in my shadow,
and how does my shadow influence my direction?
In this exploration, we are not aiming to fix, we are bringing out our curiosity and letting parts that are ready to emerge to take up space and some part that live in the shadow to be felt, moved and integrated.
Together we will explore the protective edges, habits, identities, and patterns that have shaped our lives.
What we protect.
What we hide.
What we avoid.
What we repeat.
And the brilliant strategies that once kept us safe, but no longer serve who we are becoming.
Sometimes, what’s in our shadow isn’t what we judge.
Sometimes it’s our joy, our living in there and wanting to come out.
For some, it’s sensuality begging to have a seat at the table.
For others, it could be bringing their voice or leadership into every day life more often.
Through movement, dance, embodied play and inquiry, and the support of community,
we will gently illuminate these hidden landscapes.
We will notice the masks we wear, the stories we continue to tell,
and the ways our shadow quietly shapes the direction of our lives.
With compassion rather than judgment, we begin bringing these hidden places into awareness—not to eliminate them, but to understand them, integrate them, and reclaim the life energy they have been holding.
Because what we bring into awareness, we can begin to cultivate.

Every person registered will have access to the recorded materials for one year.
