Description
We’re honored to bring SOURCED online as an intimate five-week journey with Amber Ryan.
At a time when so many of us feel pulled away from ourselves, SOURCED is an invitation to return: to the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of the heart, and the living presence that gives rise to all life.
Through movement meditation, conscious dance, yoga nidra, and a touch of seated meditation, we restore the nervous system, replenish the spirit, and remember what truly nourishes us.
As we soften the constant pull of the thinking mind, we awaken a deeper way of knowing and experience dance as a living conversation with ourselves, one another, and the Source of Creation itself.
This is not about adopting a belief system.
It is about entering into direct relationship with the sacred through lived experience.
Together, through movement, stillness, and presence, we cultivate communion with the vast, nameless mystery that animates all life.
