Join Amber Ryan and The 360 Emergence community for this 2 hour movement laboratory.
In this session we will practice somatic awareness, explore the art of seeing and being seen, belonging ourselves in soul-full community and journey through the gateway of the body for prayer, healing, wholeness, and integration.
The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, spirit-driven movement practice motivated by an ethic of care and justice that bridges dance and personal growth, rigor and freedom, individuality and the global collective.
The 360 Emergence offers a movement map that is a journey of discovery, healing, and actualization.
We create a community of communities that connect local embodied practice to a global embodiment movement.
We are evolutionary movement artists in service to the emergence of each person who shows up in our laboratories. We curate sonic movement journeys and containers that weave the ever changing human into becoming accountable and fluid, leader-full and in-sight full.
We are steeped in dance, ceremony, literature, fashion, theater, strength, and humor.
We are heart activists animating our inside education of the ancient future.
The body is our divining rod, music our ally, silence our guide.
In this time of fragmentation, information overload, let’s unplug from the network and plug into the net that works.
The 360 awakens its 10,000 eyes to see from every perspective, to walk the worlds between ordinary and non ordinary reality.

This Lab counts as Compass hours for The 360 Apprenticeship.
Covid Policy:
- As of now, we will not require testing. Should there be a surge, this may be implemented closer to the date of the offering.
- Masking will be optional.
- I understand that I must practice good hygiene protocol, which will include using provided hand sanitizer before entering the space and after bathroom breaks, as well as after touching surfaces.
- If I have any symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting) I will stay home.
- I understand that as new information emerges, the protocol may also shift.
Lab Etiquette:
- Doors close 20mins after the start of each class to create a safe held container.
- No children under 13 in the classrooms or to be left unattended in the foyer.
- This is a drug-free and alcohol-free space.
- No phones, shazam, or recording devices – no photography or video allowed – and please turn off all notifications and ringers.
- Newcomers are always welcome.
- Please wear loose comfortable clothes and layers are recommended.
- Please wear a soft shoe or barefoot – no socks on the dance floor.
- Please bring a bottle of water.
- Please enter the space in silence.
- Please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or jewelry.
- Please no gum.
Cancellation Policy:
All ticket sales are final with no refunds or transfers through The 360 Emergence. Should you not be able to attend this event for any reason, you may choose to sell your ticket to someone else. If you do sell your ticket, make sure the new ticket holder has written consent or proof of transfer (the emailed invoice) on their person for entry. There are no transfers to future dates.
