Description
The Circle Work is the most advanced body of work
within The 360 Emergence.
It is a rigorous and transformative laboratory where embodiment,
relational awareness, and leadership converge.
Rooted in the practice of conscious dance, The Circle Work invites a committed group of practitioners into a living field of human exploration,
where the individual and the collective meet.
In The Circle, we explore what it means to stand as oneself in community,
in the center of the circle to be seen:
to stand for what you believe in, to tap into your deepest heart’s desire,
to proclaim the aim of your bow and arrow,
and to practice the compassionate presence of seeing others clearly
through the lens curiosity, respect and compassion.
This works asks for courage, responsibility, care and presence.
It asks for honesty.
It asks for the willingness to be changed.
It asks for sacred stamina to be built
to hold ourselves and each other in community.
At its core, The Circle Work is a practice of Seership + Leadership.
Step into center of the circle to explore what is alive,
what is ready to be revealed.
Through movement, voice, and relational practice,
we engage the edges of vulnerability, perception, and truth.
To grow, to feel, to heal.
To See, To Transform, To Shapeshift into our next evolution.
This is not performance.
This is practice of being Human on the pulse of What is Emerging.
A Living Evolution
This next iteration of The Circle Work
marks an important evolution within The 360.
For the first time, The Circle Work will be held by Amber Ryan, Co-Founder of The 360,
alongside Erin Rose Ward, a next-generation Facilitator of The 360 Emergence,
whose depth, precision, and care bring a powerful dimension to this practice.
Erin’s work centers the courage of being an individual within community,
and the vulnerability and strength required to do so well.
Together, Amber Ryan and Erin Rose Ward will guide this immersion,
holding a field that honors both the lineage of this work and its ongoing evolution.
What This Work Develops

The Invitation
This is an advanced immersion.
Experience in The 360 Emergence practice is required.
Upon purchasing, you will be required to fill out an application form to see if this is the right immersion for you.
If your application is not accepted at this moment, your funds will be returned to you immediately.

Payment Plan:
The 360 Emergence is committed to supporting our community so that certain barriers do not stand in the way of participation.
A 4 Installment Payment Plan is available by request.
You will pay 25% of the total amount due immediately and then make three additional payments of 25% each.
These payments will be automatically charged every 4 weeks.
The initial 25% deposit for payment plans is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Additional payments are refundable up until September 17th.
After September 17th, if you need to cancel for any reason, the difference between your total payments and the 25% fee can be applied toward the payment of any future Online or In Person event with The 360 Emergence,
(where applicable).
After October 17th, no refunds or transfers will be made unless your spot can be filled.
The payment plan is only available for purchases made prior to August 15, 2026.
Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is clear and firm.
If traveling, we strongly recommend that you purchase a
cancellation/travel insurance policy to protect your investment.
Insure My Trip.com is a company that has a multitude of policies
to choose from, including a “cancel for any reason” rider option
(there are many other companies offering similar options).
Typically, trip insurance must be purchased at the same time you register for the event.
Included in the purchase price is a 25% non-refundable and non-transferable fee.
Prior to September 17th, if you need to cancel for any reason, illness or emergency
after you have registered for this event, the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
After Sept 17th, if you need to cancel for any reason, the difference between your total purchase and the 25% fee can be applied toward the payment of any future Online or In Person event with The 360 Emergence,
(where applicable).
Any credit must be used within 12 months of cancellation.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be effective.
Cancellations on or after October 17th, 2026: You will forfeit ALL money rendered, unless your spot can be filled by someone else. No roster changes 48 hours prior to the start of the offering. Please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of registration.

Please read carefully:
If you are on a payment plan, your initial payment does not guarantee your space in this offering.
Your space will be held until your 4th installment date.
Your registration will be complete once you have completed all four payments and the total balance is paid and all required forms are completed.
We will contact you once for any payments that do not go through. If we do not receive a response, we will assume you are forfeiting your space, and your payments will be returned minus the 25% non-refundable fee.
If your space is forfeited, and you choose to re-register, you will be asked to pay the full amount in full.
