*** If you are purchasing a shared accommodation and have a preferred person to room with, you will be able to indicate this on your registration form. If both parties consent, we will honor your request.

FULL PURCHASE CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is clear and firm.
If traveling, we strongly recommend that you purchase a cancellation/travel insurance policy to protect your investment.
Insure My Trip.com is a company that has a multitude of policies to choose from, including a “cancel for any reason” rider option (there are many other companies offering similar options). Typically, trip insurance must be purchased at the same time you register for the retreat.

There is a $500.00 non refundable deposit included in the purchase price. Prior to April 28th, 2023, if you need to cancel for any reason, illness or emergency after you have registered for this event, this amount can be applied toward the payment
of any future Online or In Person event with The 360 Emergence (where applicable) and the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.

After April 28th, your $500 deposit is both nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Again, this is clear and firm.

Any credit must be used within 18 weeks of cancellation.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be effective.

Cancellations on or after May 15th: You will forfeit ALL money rendered.
Please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of registration.

PAYMENT PLANS:

The 360 Emergence is committed to supporting our community so that certain barriers do not stand in the way of participation. Below we offer a couple options for completing payments and joining our immersion in Costa Rica.

Plan A:

Valid only for purchases made before April 1st.
2 Installments

By placing the initial payment down, you will be asked to complete payment in an additional installment.

Initial Payment: 50% of total cost due upon purchase.

Valid only for purchases made before April 1st.
You can select this choice above and add to your cart.

2nd date of payment due: May 1st.
You will have to complete payment by this date to secure your space.
You can access this in your “My Account” page, or in the email reminder that will be sent to you.

Terms & Conditions.

Please read carefully:

Your initial payment does not guarantee your space in this offering and your space will be held until the 2nd installment date.
Your registration will be complete once you have completed all payments and the total balance is paid and all required forms are completed.

If you do not complete your payment by these dates, we will assume you are forfeiting your space, and your deposit will be returned minus a $250 non-refundable fee or according to the set cancellation policy for this event.
If your space is forfeited, and you choose to re-register, you will be asked to pay the full amount in full.
No refunds or transfers will be made after June 1st.

3 Installments.
By placing the initial payment down, you will be asked to complete payment in 2 additional installments.

Initial Payment: 35% of total cost due upon purchase.
2nd date of payment due: April 30th – 35% of total cost due.
3rd date of payment due: May 30th – 30% of total cost due.
