Andrea is a women’s health practitioner, educator and somatic therapist with over twenty years of experience in pelvic and abdominal bodywork, functional medicine, and shamanic and ancestral healing practices. Rooted in her Mexican lineage and shaped by years of 1:1 practice, her work bridges science and spirit. She supports women in coming home to their bodies—as a source of healing, life force, and reclamation. In addition to her private practice, Andrea teaches this integrative approach through a dedicated school, ongoing mentorship and worldwide retreats. As a facilitator of The 360 Emergence, she weaves her passion for music, dance and ritual to create containers for deep exploration, magical awakenings and profound medicine.
