Annaki is a trailblazer in the LGBTIQ+ underground theatre and club scenes in Sydney Australia. Through the use of movement, costumes, soundscapes and neo-mythical narratives, Annaki co-created Gurlesque, a women’s only strip club that celebrated the diversity of sexual and sensual empowerment. As a facilitator of The 360 Emergence, Annaki holds space for the embodiment of diversity, depth, playfulness and brings a queer presence to the conscious movements of the dance floor.
